Texas Service Animals is a platform managed by ER Counseling & Consulting that connects Texas residents with Texas licensed mental health professionals for individualized ESA and Psychiatric Service Dog evaluations and ongoing clinical support.
Many individuals rely on the support, structure, and emotional connection provided by their animals while managing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, panic-related conditions, and other mental health concerns affecting daily functioning. Our process is centered on individualized mental health care — not registrations, instant approvals, or generic certificates.
When clinically appropriate following evaluation, housing-related documentation may be provided to support reasonable accommodation requests under current Fair Housing guidance. All evaluations are conducted through secure virtual sessions with Texas licensed professionals.
